After a huge effort from our team, we are pleased to announce we have filled all 100 spaces in our help100 programme. This means we’re now working with 100 great new charities and NFP’s, and giving them some really well deserved free recruitment support after having such a tough time through the pandemic.
It’s safe to say that the whole team at hireful were pretty overwhelmed by the amazing response we had to help100, and we’ve really enjoyed being able to give back. In fact, we had such a positive response to help100, that we’ve actually decided to launch a new programme…
We’d like to introduce you to our NEW Retail&Hospitality100 programme!
The whole team at hireful have been really grateful that we were able to remain open for business, working from home throughout the pandemic. For many retail and hospitality businesses that has not been possible and now they are reopening they are faced with new challenges, many of which are staffing/recruitment related.
We really wanted to offer a helping hand. . Now that the world is starting to open back up again, we’re offering free recruitment support to those in the retail and hospitality sector.
Our FREE Retail&Hospitality100 programme will include:
- Use of our applicant tracking system (ATS) for 12 months. If you know about hireful, you probably know about our ATS. Not only does it save you time, money and paperwork – it’s got more useful features than you can imagine.
- A 2 hour recruitment audit with hireful’s co-founder, Adrian McDonagh (who really knows his stuff when it comes to recruitment) who’ll help you really polish up your recruitment process, so you can attract and hire the best candidates.
- Use of our e-learning platform for 12 months, where you can access on demand training courses such as; job advert copywriting, GDPR compliance, Unconscious bias and much more.

Aside from the fact that ‘helpful’ is one of our core values at hireful (it’s in the name), and we really wanted to support some other businesses and organisations that have had a tough time recently. We also love getting to work with new businesses, show off the services we provide, and we hope that after seeing what a great bunch we are, they’ll choose to work with us long term.
