Baljit has spent over 10 years specialising in issues to do with diversity, inclusion and equality helping companies design diverse workforces and inclusive cultures to achieve excellence in employee attraction, engagement and retention. She has worked with a range of clients across the private and public sectors to Board level. One of her greatest joys is seeing organisations she has worked with report inclusive attraction strategies; greater pipeline diversity; enhanced confidence of leaders/managers to have better conversations with their diverse teams; lower grievances; and improved employee engagement results. Baljit is a Board member of Midlands Women in Banking and Finance and steering group member of East Midlands Advisory, Conciliation and Arbitration Service (ACAS). She is also a committed supporter of the Greater Birmingham Engage for Success Network helping to organise events.
