Over the past couple of months, we’ve been working on a new project.. and it’s nothing to do with recruitment.
As a company, we really wanted to reduce our carbon footprint and work towards becoming climate positive. We already have a great cycle to work scheme in place for the whole team (more popular in the summer months) and we try to be as eco friendly as possible around the office.
However, we wanted to do something a little bigger and get the wider recruitment/HR community involved.
From now on, for every person that registers for one of our webinars; we’re going to be planting a tree. You’re probably wondering how we’re finding the time to plant all of these trees alongside all things recruitment, that’s why we’ve teamed up with Ecologi.
For each webinar registration, we’re paying for a tree to be planted by Ecologi. You can view all the trees we’ve planted so far in our digital rainforest. In 2022, we aim to train over 10,000 HR/recruitment professionals, that’s a further 10,000 trees we will be planting! With other incentives, we have an overall goal to plant 30,000 trees in 2022.
So now, not only do you get to access our awesome free training — you’re also helping to do a good thing for the planet. It’s a win win!
